We collect your personal information when you register for a retreat or complete a form such as an email newsletter, or enter information. When booking a retreat some information you may be asked is your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, medical history, or other details to complete your reservation. Always remember that we never store your credit card information.

We may use your personal information to communicate with you through the reservation process or providing your updates on your upcoming retreat. You may always unsubscribe from newsletter updates at any point.

We do not and will not sell your personal information to any third party website or service, ever.

Membership applications are 100% confidential, we will not share your membership affiliation with Ayahuasca Community Fellowship without your express written consent. One example may include member reviews of Ayahuasca Community Fellowship where even there you may choose to keep your review anonymous.

How we protect your information?

During the reservation process Ayahuasca Community Fellowship, the applicant is required to answer honestly fill in the Confidential Medical History questions and Informed Consent upon arrival to the retreat. Ayahuasca Community Fellowship agrees to not share, sell or trade any of your personal information with outside parties under any circumstances without your permission. We utilize these in depth questionnaires for the purposes of increasing the efficiency of screening participants for safety of all participants.

All personal and financial information is confidential within secured networks and encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Depending on your form of payment, transactions are processed through our payment gateway provider, Retreat Guru, powered by Paystand Payment Gateway and WeTravel powered by Stripe Payment Gateway. Credit card information is stored but not used unless the client agrees to use for additional services and payments. 

All medical information provided is strictly confidential and will not be shared without your permission.

We would only release your information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law or to protect our rights or others’ rights and safety

Should there be a breach is security, we will notify users via email within 7 businesses days.
